Stacey brings more than two decades of experience leading office operations, compliance oversight, and administrative infrastructure across multi-location organizations. Throughout her career, she has built a reputation for creating structure in fast-paced, detail-heavy environments—ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and consistency across teams and processes.
Prior to joining InVestra, Stacey served in senior leadership roles overseeing operations, workflow coordination, staff training, and policy implementation in complex, multi-site organizations. She has extensive experience managing documentation standards, maintaining regulatory and procedural compliance, and supporting leadership teams with the systems and organization needed to run efficiently at scale.
Her background also includes hands-on experience supervising teams, improving operational workflows, and ensuring sensitive information is handled with a high level of discretion and accuracy. Across all roles, she has been trusted as a steady point of coordination—balancing day-to-day execution with long-term process improvement.
Stacey earned her Associate Degree from Bryant & Stratton Business Institute and holds certifications as a Certified Professional Coder, Certified Ophthalmic Assistant, and American Heart Association BLS Instructor. She also brings a strong service mindset shaped by volunteer medical outreach and community-based support work.
At InVestra, Stacey will apply this depth of operational and compliance experience to the financial services industry—supporting advisors, strengthening internal processes, and helping ensure a seamless client experience across our Florida HQ office.
Outside of work, Stacey enjoys an active and grounded lifestyle. She loves riding bikes and exercising with her spouse, gardening, cooking creative recipes, and spending time with her Shihpoo, Stogie. She also enjoys quiet beach days with friends and family—especially when shark’s teeth hunting is part of the adventure.
