Jada brings a strong foundation in client service, financial operations, and relationship management to the InVestra team. As Branch Office Administrator for the Columbia, South Carolina regional office, she plays a key role in supporting day-to-day operations, enhancing client experience, and ensuring seamless coordination across advisors and service teams. Her approach is grounded in professionalism, care, and a commitment to delivering an elevated standard of service.

Jada’s career in financial services began at Palmetto Citizens Federal Credit Union, where she started on the teller line and quickly distinguished herself through a strong work ethic and client-first mindset. Her dedication and performance led her into the Investment Services division, where she advanced to Director of Client Services. In this role, she developed deep experience in managing client relationships, supporting financial professionals, and overseeing service delivery within a fast-paced financial environment. She also holds her Life, Accident, and Health insurance license.

She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina, with studies in Finance and Sport and Entertainment Management. This academic foundation, combined with her hands-on experience, shaped her ability to connect operational excellence with meaningful client engagement. Jada is known for her ability to build trust, communicate clearly, and support clients through important financial decisions with confidence and care.

Outside of work, Jada values time with family and friends and enjoys staying active in her community. A lifelong sports fan, she especially enjoys South Carolina Women’s Basketball and the Dallas Cowboys. In her personal time, she enjoys puzzles, traveling, exploring new restaurants, and discovering new experiences with the people she’s closest to.
