Donna began her career in the finance and insurance industries in 2016 while pursuing her education in Business and Data Analytics. Before joining InVestra, Donna gained experience in Insurance Billing and Claims Analytics at State Farm Corporate. Upon relocating, she continued her finance career at Ally Financial as a Data Analyst.
Donna’s upbringing was shaped by her father’s active-duty US military service, which involved frequent travel. Her unique background enables her to apply increased understanding of flexibility, adaptability, dedication, drive, and attention-to-detail. During her downtime, Donna enjoys spending quality time with her husband and pets, experimenting in the kitchen, and taking scenic trips on her motorcycle.
She is a key facet of our team here at InVestra, where she strives to provide specialized administrative and operational support to our Wealth Managers. Some of her primary responsibilities include handling account operations, preparing new account and service paperwork, resolving issues with statements and transactions, and coordinating with regulatory entities to ensure that all necessary documentation is submitted properly and punctually.
